Not your average muffin! Our milk’d muffins, a.k.a. oatmeal + brownie cups, are packed with goodness and delicious as a one-bite snack or complement to breakfast. What’s more, to satisfy all palates and preferences, these cups come in several varieties: oatmeal currant, oatmeal chocolate chip, chocolate brownie, and gluten-free oatmeal current & oatmeal chocolate chip. All are GMO, soy, and preservative-free!

Suggested use: 2 muffin cups per day as a snack or meal addition to increase milk production (can be consumed when not breastfeeding in the same manner for added nutrition & delicious taste!)

Including all macronutrients needed for a well-balanced snack, protein + carbs + fats, these guys sneak in brewer’s yeast & flax seed mill for the added boost.

Varieties include almond, cashew, and peanut butter + with a creamy yet subtle crunchy-consistency, we’re certain your toast will never be the same again! Absolutely no hydrogenated oils or shelf-life extenders were used in the making of our butter.

Suggested use: pair 2 tbsp of milk’d nut butter once daily over fruit, toast, in a smoothie, or right off of the spoon!
